Shipping and Returns

All items on Lost City Products are made to order in our workshops (karkhanas) in Lucknow, India, and ship direct from India to:
USA, UK, EUROPE, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, UAE.

SHIPPING LEAD TIME
Fabric by the yard: Approximate lead time for shipping 1-10 yards of fabric is 3-5 weeks depending on yardage ordered. For orders above 10 yards please email us at info@lostcityproducts.com

Pillows: Approximate lead time for shipping 2-10 pillows is 10 days-3 weeks. For orders above 10 pillows please contact us at info@lostcityproducts.com

DELIVERY We ship via DTDC/DHL Express. Approximate delivery time for shipped orders is between 5-7 days unless some unforeseen circumstances occur. Customs and duties of your destination are not our responsibility.

PAYMENT METHODS 
Lost City Products accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discovery, Google pay. All prices on our site are based on the US dollar. You can view prices in your preferred currency by switching to your country.   

SALES TAX
Lost City Products charges sales tax for New York State residents only.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 
An order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation and the tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order has been shipped. 

PACKAGING
Fabric yardage is shipped on recycled cardboard rolls.
Pillows are shipped folded lengthwise in a cardboard box. Pillows are shipped without insert in a dust bag. 

RETURNS
All fabrics and pillows are made to order and cannot be returned.
